The Body of Christ

Who We Are

Newsprings Fellowship Church is a Christ-centered church located in Lowell, Massachusetts. We are a welcoming community of believers committed to growing in faith, walking in unity, and living out the love of Jesus Christ.

Our heart is to see people built up spiritually, strengthened through God’s Word, and equipped to live with purpose—both inside and outside the church.

Our Mission

To make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that God has commanded us, continually devoting ourselves to the teaching of the Apostles and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and prayer.

REF: MATTHEW 28:19-20 & ACTS 2:41-42

Our Vision

We are raising a generation of disciples of Jesus Christ through the discipline of scriptures and prayer.  Through prayer we are transforming lives for the glory of God both locally and globally.

Our Leadership

Newsprings Fellowship Church is led by faithful servants who are committed to shepherding God’s people, teaching Scripture, and equipping believers for ministry. Together they form the Session moderated by the Pastor.

What We Believe

We believe in one God, Creator of all things, perfect in love and righteousness, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is worthy of our worship, devotion, and obedience.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s eternal Son and the only mediator between God and humanity. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He fully shared our humanity and lived a life of perfect obedience to God. His death on our behalf demonstrated God’s love and upheld divine justice, paying the penalty for our sins and removing our guilt. He rose on the third day, victorious over death.

We believe in one holy, Christian church, united in the bonds of love and empowered by the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The church exists to serve Christ by preaching the Gospel, making disciples of all nations, administering the sacraments, striving for justice, and addressing human need.

We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the uniquely inspired Word of God. It possesses God’s authority in all matters of faith and life. The Scriptures are to be interpreted with care and reverence, in obedience to the Lord who speaks through them.
